As a customer, you are required to inform us by email before returning the item, only in the case of:

– You received the wrong item.

– The item did not arrive as expected (i.e., damaged packaging).

– The item was defective. – The delivery time exceeded.

– The sender does not allow the products to be inspected before payment.

Returned products must be in the original packaging, securely wrapped, undamaged, and unused.

This means that the items must be packed securely in a cardboard box to protect them during transport, possibly the same cardboard box that was used for shipping to you as the customer.
